While the 2023 edition of the Tre Golfi Sailing Week organized between Naples and Sorrento by the Circolo del Remo e della Vela Italia last May is still present in the memories of participants and organizers, work is already underway in view of the 2024 edition, in which they are reconfirmed the IMA (International Maxi Association) European Championship for maxi yachts and the Mediterranean one for ORC. The Municipality of Sorrento has renewed its willingness to host the event in its iconic marina where some of the most famous Hollywood and world jet-set personalities have passed over the years, and on whose docks epic boats have been moored, since times of the first edition of the Tre Golfi Regatta. It was 1954 when the first edition of the Tyrrhenian long regatta started on a Friday afternoon in spring.
