- Apartment reservation
You must be of legal age to book an apartment. By making a reservation, you agree to pay the total price of the apartment at the time of booking, based on the rates applicable at the time.
- Confirmation of reservation
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail, including information about the apartment you booked, the total price, and check-in and check-out dates. The booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract.
- Checkout
Payment for the apartment reservation must be made at the time of booking by credit card. The reservation includes applicable taxes and final cleaning fees.
- Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation within 30 days from the day of check in to get your deposit back. After 30 days from the day of check in, there will be no refund of the deposit.
- Reservationist’s responsibility
The booker is solely responsible for the apartment during the booked period. He/she is obliged to abide by the rules of the apartment and Sorrento Residence and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartment.
- Responsibilities of Sorrento Residence
Sorrento Residence is not responsible for damage or loss of products, personal property or in case of inability to use the apartment due to force majeure problems.
- Copyright and intellectual property rights
The Sorrento Residence website, the Sorrento Residence brand, and the materials contained on the site are the property of Sorrento Residence. Reproduction, distribution, modification or publication of such materials without the consent of Sorrento Residence is prohibited.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy and including the use of the website, apartment booking. Any disputes will be resolved in the Court of Naples.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions
Sorrento Residence reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
